CoAqua Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns on CoAqua coconut water.

If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, please COMPLETE THIS FORM within 14 days of delivery with written notice and photographic proof of the damage or defects. We will evaluate your claim and issue a refund for the cost of the product only, minus original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of claim approval.

We inspect all shipments thoroughly before sending them to you. However, in the rare case of damage during transit, please save all packaging and contact us immediately so we can begin the claims process with the carrier.

Damaged or defective products must remain in original packaging with original shipping labels and not be consumed for refund eligibility. We reserve the right to request return of damaged product prior to issuing refund.

Please note that we do not refund orders due to change of mind, expiration after receipt or other personal reasons. We want you to be fully satisfied with your CoAqua purchase!
