Not my fav but glad I tried it
OMG, grab your bourbon!
I never would’ve thought about drinking coconut water and bourbon, but oh my God this stuff is amazing! It’s a little dangerous… But I absolutely love it and it is my go to now.
I've had lots of different brands of coconut water and I guess I'll have to explain what I'm looking for in order to explain what I don't like. First and foremost I dont like chunks of coconut in my drink, which this does not have. I'm also not a fan of these little cans this coconut water comes in because many times I realize I drink more. I also found the can crushed or leaking, so not as sturdy but probably better for the planet (be carfeul is packing in a cooler with ice). I didnt mind the sweetness but couldn't understand from the ingredients if there was added sugar. It should be simpler than that...I just want coconut water as the one ingredient. I also wasn't crazy about the coconut taste, if I'm being honest it reminded me of Harmless Harvest, maybe too much flavor for me. I like it to be cold and refreshing with a hint of sweetness and mild coconut taste. I also found the viscosity to be more like water compared to other coconut waters I like. Almost like they mixed coconut water with water. My fav is Vita Coco and 365 brand (not the organic one). It was cool to try.
I have tried many coconut waters and while I enjoy most of them CoAqua is by far my favorite. I love the option of buying in bulk, because loading 12 individual cans every trip felt ridiculous. Now if you could get a pulp option out there, that would be great. Sometimes I like having the option of coconut chunks in my coconut water.
